From the Better Business Bureau of the Brazos Valley
Every business is trying to save money these days just to keep their head above water. However, some of these businesses find that their efforts can go terribly wrong when someone comes along and offers them a good deal for less money and then gouges them with shoddy products and exorbitant prices. Two such companies are Reliable Printing Solutions, Inc. and Century Computer Products, Inc., both of Santa Monica, California.
These companies have conducted telemarketing sales all over the U.S. They offer a trial package of toner, which they say will last longer than the name brands available. But the trouble begins when the products don’t perform as advertised and the prices far exceed the quote. In addition they have used gift cards with fine print that commits the user to a contract to purchase at least six additional toner orders from them. When in doubt check with the BBB first. bbb.org
