The position requires an individual who is a great project manager, can work independently and manage their time well, and present a professional image to our clients. Responsibilities of the position include:

• Design, upgrade and continual maintenance of client networks.
• Timely diagnoses of, response to and resolution of client support cases, both onsite and remote.
• Analysis of networks and recommendations for improvements.
• Documentation of all work done for clients.

• 2-4 Years experience working as a network engineer or network administrator
• Experience working with Windows Server 2008 R2, Exchange 2010, and Windows 7
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS, VOIP, VPN’s and Network Security.
• Experience with desktop support and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Professionals and MCSE’s

• Assist in maintenance and upgrades of internal company network.
• Collaborate with AgniTEK Network Engineers on design and maintenance of client networks as well as basic desktop support.
• Technical training on products sold and supported by AgniTEK.
• Sales support in preparing necessary material for and attendance at trade events.

• Perform basic administrative functions to assist company executives.
• Industry research for existing and potential sales verticals.
• Sales support in preparing necessary material for client presentations and events.

• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, desktop publishing applications and strong knowledge of HTML. Networking LAN/ WAN knowledge a plus.

• Professionally represent company in front of clients
• Troubleshoot problems with customers and provide some technical support
• Work with customers to develop content for CMS based websites
• Design website elements in Photoshop and use HTML and CSS to style websites
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis regarding their website and e-mail services
