Instructions for Remote Access:

Attached is your VPN profile and the Cisco VPN Client program to allow you remote access to the office.  

Please save these files to your workstation.  Rename the Cisco VPN Client program to not have .old at the end of it, but instead to have .exe at the end.  Double click the VPN client installer and click Next through the installer until it is done installing.  Reboot your PC once it is done and asks you to.

Once installed you can open the Cisco VPN Client program, click the Import button, and select your profile I have attached.  Once the VPN profile is imported, you can click the Connect button and the VPN client will make a secure connection to the office.  Once you have the secure connection (you will notice a yellow lock in the system tray in the locked position) you can open Remote Desktop Connection and enter the IP address of the server (192.168.16.2).  From here you would login normally to the sever.  Once done working you logoff the server, and then double-click the lock icon and click the Disconnect button.
